KASPROWY The name of the peak derives from grovelling at
its feet Kasprowa Hala, on which a long time ago highlanders grazed their
cattle and sheep. According to folk applications Hala Kasprowa was most
probably an owner of the hall highlander about the name or the Kasper nickname.
However Kasprowy gained his popularity Peak only in 30 years of the last
century when came into existence first in Poland funicular railway. |

GORYCZKOWA offers the only one in Poland alpine runs for
skiers and snowboard lovers. Chairlift Goryczkowa ensures the run 2000 metres
long with level diference over 600 metres. These are the best parameters
in Poland. Beautiful mountain landscape, run across gullies give the unforgettable
impressions and memories. All the runs are kept in a good condition by the
snowmobiles. The run can be ended in Kuźnice, along the ski trial 3,5 km.

PALENICA A four-person unhitched chair train to Palenica
is one of undoubted attractions of Szczawnica, situated in the city centre,
near a bus terminal, downward slope from the Główny street. After only 3
minutes of the ride on the luxurious train it is possible to be on a Palenica
peak (722 m u. v. flat) where from the most beautiful views on the Pieniny
